- Develop customer list to maintain/grow
- Market directly to all prospects and customers in your assigned territory
- Develop a working knowledge of Workrite product features , benefits, applications installations and organization capabilities
- Research products and activities of competitors in your territory
- Install demonstration samples for evaluation by clients
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle simple service issues quickly, evaluate problems, work with the factory to offer solutions
- Coordinate team selling efforts with other Workrite representatives
- At least 3 years of sales experience; preferably in the furniture industry selling to end users
- College degree or equivalent sales experience
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook along with experience using a CRM tool similar to Salesforce
