Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be the main interface/contact of the assigned project(s) on all matters of Control Systems Commissioning
- Perform project related tasks as follows:
- Review project content with a focus on Controls functions and business cases in cooperation with the technical experts
- Recognize undiscovered developments based on ProFI functions
- Identify and report design or concept flaws
- Assist with missing concepts and technical solutions
- Actively participate in all installation & controls relevant workshops
- Oversee project-specific adaptation of KNAPP system test procedures
- Review and organize trainings for customer/operators and key users for components related to controls systems (e.g., HMI/SCADA)
- Review and maintain project schedule in coordination with other departments
- Responsible for risk assessment and execution of escalation process
- Responsible for successful commissioning of assigned projects based on milestones, costs, and quality
- Interface with and be the point-of-contact for other departments
- Provide onsite quality assurance and, if needed, project commissioning
- Responsible for active project control as well as moderation of the project coordination for Control Systems Commissioning
- Participate in project steering meetings
You are a person with:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of KNAPP processes
- In depth knowledge of KNAPP's company structure and organization
- Experience in successful implementation and completion of KNAPP projects
- Excellent English skills
- Good knowledge of KNAPP products and solutions
- Good knowledge of project management and of tools being used for project management
- Knowledge of computer systems and Windows operating system
- 2-5 years of experience of project startup/commissioning
- Good knowledge in PLC & Microcontroller programming
- Solid knowledge in Electromechanical installation & engineering
- Reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet changing deadlines and complete tasks with a high level of quality
- Ability to handle failures and challenges
- Ability to focus on goals when under pressure or facing challenges
- Travel and flexibility
- Willingness to travel often and work flexible hours based on the project (e.g., night shifts or weekends)
- Willingness to learn
