WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality talent to support the business. This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strong sourcing ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build a strong knowledge of organizational structure and the functions of supported business units.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication with business leaders to learn specifics about the business, become familiar with standard positions and anticipate hiring needs.
- Identify, source, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, partnering with team members and HR to ensure effective and equitable hiring decisions.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to support talent pipeline development.
- Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting.
- Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired.
- Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace.
- Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
- Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done.
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Occasional travel may be required up to 10%
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Passport or ability to obtain passport
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Physical requirements may include: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
