Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum five years of accounting experience, preferably in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably SAP.
- Computer skills in MS Office, proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Financial and mathematical skills, variance analysis, budget and forecast preparation, business process controls, communication skills, ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision, and time management and organizational skills.
