Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with employees and suppliers, for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure financial accountability.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with schematics and project specifications.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or supervisory roles within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management practices.
