What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Manager position at Knewsales Group?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Manager to join our growing team and be the face of our well known client's travel and vacation services.
The successful candidate enjoys engaging and interacting face to face with people. Discipline and leadership skills will be the key to success: leading and coaching team members from the front lines. In this role as our Sales Manager you will be working in various malls within the Atlanta area, stationed at kiosks, speaking with people about different travel packages at an extremely discounted incentive. Success will be achieving your own personal sales targets as well as coaching team members on how to make their dreams a reality!
Success will be defined as increasing our client’s brand awareness and generating new leads with their easily marketable programs.
Your Role
Understand products and services to inform customers of their benefits
Coach team members on bettering their sales pitch
Engaging with customers at kiosks in various malls in the area
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features and pricing)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Meet personal and team sales targets
8 hour shift - Tuesday-Sunday
Requirements
Minimum 3 years - direct sales management or sales team leadership experience
Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role
2-3 years experience in the vacation/timeshare industry is strongly preferred
Excellent communication & organisation skills
Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge (able to assist with basic iPad troubleshooting)
Confident demeanour
Resilient and not easily discouraged
Professional attitude
An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
Track record of over-achieving quota
Self-motivated and target driven
A smartphone with a data plan
