This position is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair operations of our aggregate processing equipment (crushers, concrete batch plants, and asphalt plants). Direct responsibilities include management of maintenance schedules, determination of repair/sell/buy decisions, and team member growth.
Responsibilities include:
1.Provide day to day oversight of the service team members supporting our construction materials operations.
2.Implementation of Plant Improvement Initiatives.
3.Training and development of our service team members.
4.High level of customer service to our operations.
5.Participate in operations meetings to understand upcoming needs and to provide updates on production equipment repairs and schedules.
6.Assist Asset Manager with replacement schedules and capital budgets.
7.Monitor utilization and profitability of our aggregate processing equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction materials processing equipment.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Be available to travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Computer literacy is a must with experience using online applications, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
