JOB TITLE : Grounds Maintenance Worker
DEPARTMENT : Grounds Maintenance
REPORTS TO : Facility Operations Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION : Maintaining the outside grounds of the facility. Responsible for maintaining; lawns, shrubs, walkways, litter control, mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering. Using materials and equipment to ensure a quality appearance inside and out.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- One year previous experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of methods for maintaining the inside and outside grounds of the facility.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance; lawns, shrubs, walkways, litter control, mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering.
- Knowledge of materials, machines and processes to ensure a quality appearance inside and out.
- Valid Driver's License required.
