Job Description
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents while delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and Assist Residents and Visitors: Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all individuals entering the building.
· Monitor Access: Ensure that only authorized individuals enter the building by checking identification and maintaining visitor logs.
· Respond to Inquiries: Address resident and visitor questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
· Coordinate Deliveries: Manage and distribute mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct recipients.
· Maintain Security: Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
· Assist with Emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all residents.
· Provide Information: Offer information about building amenities, local attractions, services, and transportation options.
· Coordinate Services: Assist residents with booking services such as maintenance requests, reservations, and transportation.
Requirements
· Experience: Previous experience in customer service and computer proficiency.

Compensation
