Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Healthcare Technician to work as an extension of the facilities team within a hospital environment. This role requires a local candidate who can provide quick responses and maintain a consistent work schedule to support essential facility needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage water loss incidents, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement within hospital facilities
- Perform basic facility maintenance tasks such as painting, containment setups, and light switch installations
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment within the hospital
- Set up containment areas to ensure patient and staff safety during remediation activities
- Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and emergencies as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in mitigation, environmental services, or hospital maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently within a healthcare environment and respond to urgent needs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Local residency is required due to the need for quick response times
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
