Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide driving associates with the necessary support to ensure seamless operations and safe, on time delivery of freight during weekend hours.

• Oversee approximately 100 trucks during weekend shifts to ensure seamless movement of Driving Associates and freight.
• Collabo with other team members to ensure Driving Associates and customer needs are met as it relates to load planning.
• Ensure maximization of driving hours and equipment utilization.
• Monitor assigned trucks and resolve issues that may impact scheduled delivery/pickup times.
• Proactively inform Account Management of customer changes.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Driving Associates, customers, fellow team members and all levels of leadership.
• Manage the call que and minimize abandoned calls and hold times.
• Provide seamless operational support to Driving Associates while TMs and DMs are out of office.
• Understand and support company policies.
• Proactively work to assist other team members in achieving company's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

• Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
• Must possess strong problem solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be detail-orientated.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

About 25-30hr Per Week
