Location : Newark, CA

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our team in Newark, working closely with the Human Resources (HR) Manager. This role is essential to our operational success, encompassing a variety of administrative functions with a focus on collaboration within the HR department. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to handle tasks independently. We have both part-time and full-time positions available!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administrative tasks including coordinating meetings and travel, managing a high volume of correspondence, sorting and distributing mail, and monitoring office inventory.
  • Provide administrative support across departments and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison among teams, engaging with all levels of the organization and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Help plan and coordinate company events and activities that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, open to learning and tackling new challenges.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Suite, with a solid understanding of spreadsheets.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred. Experience in call centers, recruiting, or hiring is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work some weekends.
