Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruiter)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Actively manage a high volume of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth candidate flow and communication.
• Organize and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve outcomes and refine processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance recruitment efforts and address bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison with various departments, including senior leadership, to support organizational goals.
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in using ATS software and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Basic understanding of California and Federal hiring regulations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, sometimes on short notice.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Comfortable commuting to one of our offices 5-days a week.
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a related industry.
• At least 1 year of experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
