On-Site Property Manager

Hello, We are currently hiring an onsite Manager in our Mobile Home Community in

Buffalo, New York. We need someone that is dependable, reliable and responsive.

This person will need to use email/ phone and text on a daily basis. You will be the

Main duties

- stay in touch with the team and report daily on the park condition,

- maintain full collection and occupancy,

- answer phone calls,

- supervise ongoing projects in the park,

- respond to tenants' inquiries and maintenance requests,

- help facilitate legal issues,

- assistance with home sales,

- maintain the park to ensure it is clean and safe.

Requirements:

- previous recent experience in an Administrative or similar position not less than 3

years

- knowledge of basic computer software and Gmail,

- excellent communication skills

- sense of responsibility and organizational skills

- readiness to fully comply and follow company's protocols

- ability to take photos and videos.

Job Type: Part Time

Compensation range: $1750-1950 based on

experience

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
