- You will teach four sections of English, primarily at the middle school level (grades 6-8) with the potential to also teach some Upper School classes
- Collaborate with colleagues in the English and Humanities departments
- Regular lesson planning and classroom instruction responsibilities; you will have the potential to adjust curriculum and propose curriculum recommendations based on experience and interestsWho you are
- Hold a Masters degree in English or a related field
- Have 5 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level
- Connect easily with and appreciate middle school and high school students
- Ability to teach at all secondary grade levels 6-12
- Can differentiate instruction to develop students as critical readers, thinkers, and writers
- A reflective educatoreager for continuous growth, open to support and feedback, and an excellent collaborator
- Are eager to participate in all aspects of school life

- Salary range is $65,000-$72,000, commensurate with years of experience and highest degree earned
