What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Client Services, Custom Pharmacy Solutions position at Knipper Health?
The Vice President, Client Services, Custom Pharmacy Solutions will be responsible for developing and maintaining the complete, end-to-end client program operational experience for the CPS business. The near-term mandate will be to build upon the recent success and execute on aggressive growth opportunities and take The Company to the next level of maturity.
The Vice President Client Services, CPS will bring diverse knowledge of pharmaceutical Account Management and client relationship building. They will partner with service line leaders across the organization to achieve synergies, improve the customer experience, and drive organic growth.
Leadership role hybrid-based out of our Louisville, Kentucky location. Must be able to travel to Lakeland, Florida, Charlestown, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky locations when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Enable growth. Stand up the CPS Client Services, Account Management team, including leading quarterly business reviews, scoping client requirements, assessing them against Knipper capabilities and building the program. Grow this support function to scale with the expansion of the CPS business. Work with business development, IT, program implementation, Strategy & Solutions, and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper systems and infrastructure are selected. Provide an exceptional client relationship experience.
- Work collaboratively. Lead the Account Management function within the CPS business. Connect with others within the CPS business such as customer service, warehouse operations, Strategy & Solutions and commercial development to remain aligned with program needs and growth expectations. Leverage these internal relationships to create and customize new CPS services clients. Work across other parts of Knipper (3PL, sampling, etc.) to benchmark departmental performance relative to peer functions.
- Build teams and develop people. Creates a positive culture that is dedicated to providing, exceptional customer experiences while being fair, inclusive, and encouraging to contributors. Recruit, train, grow, and develop contributors so that they have the necessary skills to be successful and expand their careers within Knipper. Drive associate commitment and engagement.
- Expand client relationships. Creates and develops deep relationships with clients based on satisfaction with the knowledge conveyed by client experience. Is able to take new clients, create a unique offering for them, and to build upon that relationship to ensure maximum satisfaction. Grows trust and confidence in the client relationship to ensure that Knipper is the first commercialization partner they consider for CPS.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of progressive Client Services (CPS) experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
- A strategic and agile thinker with the entrepreneurial skills to create and stand up a new Account Management function within the CPS business.
- Excellent communicator, who genuinely respects every level of associate and each person’s ability to contribute to the company’s performance and can collaborate across the organization.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree
