Responsibilities
- Prepare and review 10-K and 10-Q filings.
- Evaluate whether accounting and disclosure requirements are relevant, implementing those that are.
- Prepare / review reports and supporting documentation to ensure compliance.
- Develop solutions to complex issues.
- Stay current with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting developments.
- Research technical accounting issues.
- Serve as a key contact to the external auditors.
- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of results by collaborating with key Stakeholders and Department Heads.
- Assist with preparing audit committee materials.
- Handle special projects and requests.
