Job Description

The Senior National Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive national sales plan to meet company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to exceed performance targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and market research.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus.
