We are seeking a Student Intake Specialist / Communications Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating student intake and registration processes, while also handling low-code/no-code software maintenance and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Intake & Registration Coordination:
- Communicate registration processes and send relevant information to families of prospective students.
- Follow up with families about student registration and schedule consultation appointments.
- Proofread and send consultation summaries promptly.
- Accurately enter and maintain student data in Airtable or other CRM systems.
Communication Management:
- Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage email and telephone correspondence.
- Maintain organized communication records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.
- Monitor and manage incoming Post Office mail, ensuring timely handling of documents and correspondence.
Low-Code/No-Code Software Maintenance:
- Update and maintain workflows and automations using tools like Zapier, Asana, and Airtable.
- Manage website content updates and maintenance using WordPress.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or coordinate with external support when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in communications, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and website maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in low-code/no-code tools such as Asana, Zapier, WordPress, and Airtable.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.

Hours:
- Priority on hiring part-time, 10 to 30 hours per week.
- Position staffed in-person at the Knower Academics office, 50 Highland St., Plymouth NH. Some remote work will be available.

Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- 401(k) Matching: Available for all employees over age 21, up to 4% of employee's pay.
