Position Overview
The Virtual Intake Support Specialist provides administrative support for both current cases and potential cases being supported at the Firm. This individual is responsible for providing back-up support to the Virtual and In-Person In-Take Specialists by performing the initial consultation with clients, gathering of necessary information, and ensuring a seamless experience for the clients utilizing or considering our services. Supports the Intake Specialists (both virtual and in-person) with fielding questions and providing an additional level of customer service for our clients.
Work Schedule:
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. Employees will work an 8-hour shift within this timeframe based on their assigned schedule. We also have a schedule available from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
Payrate: $6/hr comisiones
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
· Serve as back-up support for the Virtual and In-Person Intake Specialists as needed
· Collects and processes down payments for clients
· Complete the initial draft of contracts for new clients and update contracts as additional services are added by the client
· Following the case initiation, schedule the initial appointment with the client
· Complete required tasks in the case management system prior to the case being converted into a matter
· Launch different task sets to various departments within the case management and assign to future teams to support
· Based on each case type, ensure that the necessary information is accurately included in the case management system
· Responsible for supporting and overseeing the “add-on” features for clients (derivative information, different case type, etc.). Review case pricing with the clients for additional services and determine the best payment option for the recommended case type.
· Follow-up and facilitate out-bound phone calls with clients who don’t convert during their initial consultation
· Use the Attorney’s approved ethical sales scripts to provide additional services to current clients
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
· Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· World-class customer service skills and sales experience
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves
· Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Minimum Qualifications
· Bilingual (Spanish English) B2
