What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair overhead crane systems at client sites.
- Work with equipment such as gear drives, bearings, couplings, wire rope hoists, chain hoists, VFD controls, and remote radio controls.
- Collaborate with site engineering personnel to assess equipment conditions and recommend solutions.
- Ensure safety standards are met and provide technical support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, documenting and reporting findings and resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in an industrial or field service environment is preferred.
- Strong electrical background, especially in controls, is a significant advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and computerized formats.
- Previous experience with VFD, vector, and PLC controls is a plus.
- Experience with electric motor testing and understanding is a plus.
- OSHA hoist and crane inspection training is highly desirable.
- Millwright knowledge and a solid mathematical aptitude are a bonus!

- Candidates must pass a drug/alcohol test and a background check.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel to client sites and work on your feet for extended periods.
