Overview:
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling Product Engineering Services (PES) to clients in the Transportation and Automotive segments across North America. The role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships, winning new contracts, and fostering business opportunities with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and developing long-term client partnerships in the Automotive domain.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Drive sales of PES to the Automotive and Transportation sectors, leveraging market insights and a consultative sales approach.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives to unlock new market opportunities and expand business reach.
- Forecasting & Monitoring: Accurately predict and achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets, while continuously tracking progress and identifying areas for growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations of contractual terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and smooth project transitions with technical and proposal teams.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.

Requirements:
- Experience: 10–15 years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in business development within the US market.
