We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Data Center sector. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive B2B sales experience, full-cycle sales management, and a knack for delivering tailored power and temperature control solutions. You will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Data Center industry.
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and account management, to generate leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing and post-sale support.
- Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain and update detailed records of all sales activities in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, including power generators, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and air compressors.
