Key Responsibilities:

• Polymer Synthesis Experiments: Conduct and coordinate experiments aimed at developing new polymer products and improving current manufacturing processes
• Scale-Up Efforts: Lead the initial scale-up of new polymer products or chemical processes, ensuring seamless transition from lab to production
• Process Chemistry Research: Innovate and optimize manufacturing practices through rigorous process chemistry research
• Plant Support & Stewardship: Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and ensure product stewardship by maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytical techniques and statistical tools to characterize polymers and present findings to the team
  
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with specialized experience in polymers
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of reactor design, control software, and hands-on experience with mechanical equipment like mixers and reactors
