Job Description:
This role will be based at a 250-person chemical manufacturing facility located near Lafayette, IN. This role is more about longer term planning and vision than day-to-day operations. This person will be involved with shutdown scheduling, capital project strategy, longer term continuous improvement efforts, and things along these lines. This role will have some direct reports, including the production manager. There is an expansion project on the horizon that this person will also be involved in.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering is required
- 8 years of post-college, industry experience
- Must have a background in refining, pulp/paper, chemicals manufacturing, or something related to those
- Looking for someone who has led and supported a group of at least 50 people, likely this person will have previously been a production or operations manager
