Overview : Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Capture Manager with proven expertise in proposal writing and recent experience working with the Air Force and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing capture strategies, leveraging multiple contract vehicles, including OASIS , RS3, and Seaport NexGen , to secure Sole Source opportunities / Awards for a (SBA 8(a), Woman Owned, HubZone small business and or a tribal company). This individual will be pivotal in driving growth, enhancing proposal quality, and leading strategic business pursuits in alignment with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Capture Management :
- Lead capture efforts for Air Force and other DoD opportunities from opportunity identification through award.
- Develop and execute capture strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities using contract vehicles such as OASIS , RS3, and Seaport NexGen.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, teaming partners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in capture management, proposal writing, and business development in the federal market.
Exceptional proposal writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
