Pay Range: $20 – $24 per hour

As Our Ideal Treatment Coordinator, You Will:
✔Confidently present financial options and assist with necessary arrangements
✔Handle insurance claims, including e-claims and paper submissions
✔Coordinate patient referrals, including appointment scheduling and documentation
✔Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
✔Assist with front office duties such as welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling, and managing patient records
✔Provide an outstanding patient experience and contribute to a supportive team environment
✔Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and respect toward all coworkers and patients
Your Background Includes:
✔High school diploma
✔At least one year of office experience
✔Proficient keyboarding skills (minimum 40 WPM)
✔Strong communication and organizational skills
✔The ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and take initiative
✔A professional, friendly, and positive demeanor (both in-person and on the phone)
