The Janitorial Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of Knox-Blount Maintenance janitorial Account not limited by, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing a high-quality level of service, training managers, maintaining profit margin, adhering to company policies and procedures, and insuring a safe working environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises area managers, supervisors and project team
- Responsible for the overall supervision of all employees
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-yrs janitorial experience is required
- Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment
- Have working knowledge of budget analysis, labor distribution, field reports, and other pertinent records

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
