Janitorial Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and train personnel for assigned accounts.
• Plan and organize work for start-up operations and supervise ongoing activities.
• Manage personnel decisions, including promotions and discharges.
• Oversee the delivery and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Continuously evaluate accounts to ensure high-quality standards.
• Maintain customer relations through regular walk-throughs and visits.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Conduct weekly quality control checks.
• Provide coverage for accounts during employee absences or labor shortages.
• Coordinate and work scheduled special events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in janitorial services.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility to work second shift hours (4pm-1am) and attend mandatory meetings.
