Knox College is looking to hire a part -time Campus Safety Officer!
Knox invites applications for the part-time, 12-month position of Campus Safety Officer. This Campus Safety Officer will work on an as-needed basis up to 24 hours per week, which may include any shift, including nights, weekends and / or holidays. This position reports to the Director of Campus Safety.
Essential Duties :
- Patrol campus in a vehicle and on foot for the protection of students, employees, visitors and their property
- Respond to emergency situations and routine requests for service
- Write incident reports
- Enforce Knox College rules and regulations
- Secure and provide authorized access to campus buildings
- Coordinate with emergency services when required
- Report any safety / security situations
