Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret patients’ telemetry readings, identifying any irregularities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and post-hospitalization instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Telemetry unit.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
