We’re looking for a licensed occupational therapist with qualifications such as a degree in Occupational Therapy, creativity, and experience in senior living or healthcare settings.

Minimum qualifications :

• MN Occupational Therapist license
• Two years of experience as an OTR
• Proven positive skills in working successfully with a team or independently
• Diverse background in clinical experiences and training with the senior population
• Creative, proven communication skills and the ability to prioritize and organize
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment to the patients we serve
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
