What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Cleaning After Hours Technician - Kealakekua position at Koa Restoration & Maintenance?

Job Description:
- Typical tasks include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting,
picking up trash, carpets, wipe downs, etc.
- Restock restroom toilet paper, hand towels, hand soap, and seat covers, etc.
- Able to work efficiently and at a fast pace
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Be able to carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Driver’s License preferred
Job Types: Part-Time and Full-Time availability
Hours: Monday through Friday- 4:30pm to 9pm Saturday flexible on Saturdays
Pay: $18.00/hour, based on experience
All offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug and background screen.
