We are needing to add to our dynamic team by bringing on an experienced Insulation Installer to work alongside our great team in completing our insulation services with quality and efficiency in mind. We provide all types of insulation, including spray foam. Responsibilities:

• Performs insulation removal and installation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces.
• Able to work and communicate well, productively, with all types of co-workers with varying experience.
• Communicates effectively with the Operations Manager regarding any employee issues that do not align with company policies and expectations.
• Safely transports the provided rigs (pickup and trailers) to and from job sites. You are responsible to get to home base at the start of each day, but will be commuting in company-provided rigs during the workday.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safety: Adheres to, champions, and enforces Jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to Jobsite locations.
• Operations: Will partner with teams to determine job requirements and ensure enough supplies are on- hand. Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Ensures that all guidelines are followed with equipment set- up and operation. Holds self accountable for high quality delivery with each job while maintaining efficiency.
• Technical: Ensures vehicles, insulation rigs, and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order. Ability to operate, maintain, and diagnose issues with equipment.
• Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customers, completes paperwork, and accepts complete payment for work completed. Presents a professional image and ensures the job site is thoroughly cleaned upon completion of the job.
• Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Performs other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to keep self motivated to hit timelines/ deadlines.
• Construction [field] or Contracting experience and exposure required.
• Installing insulation (of any kind) required.
• Spray foam insulation experience preferred.
• Excellent time management while completing insulation installs and removals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical/troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Apple products or Mac software preferred.
• Experience using a CRM preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED required, over the age of 17 years old.
• Some exposure in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field.
• Prior experience in insulation preferred.
• Must maintain a good driving record with a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Ability to effectively perform job duties while wearing full-body Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring operational functions of engineering and administrative controls.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to effectively work in confined workspaces, higher temperatures, and with heights for long periods of time.
