Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, approval, and payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments.
- Develop and implement accounts payable policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and review accounts payable reports, including aging reports and payment forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes and provide assistance during audits.
- Train, mentor, and supervise accounts payable staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong focus on accounts payable.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
