Purpose:
The overall view is to maintain the department production spreadsheets. Duties include inputting data from paper documents into spreadsheets using excel, updating, and double-checking their work to make sure they input data correctly.

General Duties:
- Transfer data from hard copies to digital spreadsheets.
- Create spreadsheets to track important production data
- Organize, sort, and file production paperwork
- Ensure accurateness and completeness of entered data
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues quickly
- Other duties as assigned
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Ability to multitask and work well with others.
- Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently.
- Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of experience in clerical data entry
- MS Office and knowledge, QAD is an advantage.
