KOBE STEAKHOUSE is looking for a Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will make people feel welcome and add value to our customers' experiences. The ideal candidate will be a fun, hard-working person who enjoys interacting with others and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Plan the order process
- Greet customers and answer their questions
- Maintain the customer's bar area and ensure it is clean and presentable
- Take drink orders from the customers or enter their preferences into a computer system
- Issue drinks orders to customers while balancing money on the counter
- Receive payments from customers who have entered their card information into a cash drawer
- Check if payments are greater than expected cash drawers or enter new amounts at the counter
Skills & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to work location. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walk up stairs, bend, kneel, reach, push pull, lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work with alcohol. Must have basic math skills. Must have basic knowledge of beverage processing procedures. Ability to follow directions and enjoy working with team members and customers.KOBE STEAKHOUSE is an Equal Opportunity Employer
