The Logistics Tech provides support in the loading/unloading of trucks and material handling functions to support production.
General Duties:
- Safe operation of forklift activity
- Unloading of material from vendors
- Putting away material to appropriate departments
- Picking/scanning/loading of customer orders
- Material handling of FG material from production area to warehouse
- Perform inventory counts.
- Maintain 5S activity in warehouse
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent problem solving and time management
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision when required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Prior experience working in a multi-cultural company is preferred
- Experience in automotive sector is preferred
