Position Details :
The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our global law firm's People team. This role will focus on compensation analysis, benefits, reporting, and vendor management, with a particular emphasis on supporting the firm's compensation and HR systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the People team, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations of compensation processes and the effective use of our Workday system.

Primary Responsibilities :
The following responsibilities should be carried out in accordance with firm protocols, policies and procedures and best practices. The below is not an exhaustive list but provides an expectation of the likely day-to-day responsibilities.
Compensation Analysis & Administration :
- Support the annual compensation review process, merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Manage the process of job evaluation and grading, including making day-to-day recommendations for pay bands using benchmarking tools.
- Lead and actively participate in salary surveys, monitoring compliance requirements in the global market.

At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is $ 98,000 (minimum) - $130,000 (maximum). This range is based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. The successful candidate's actual salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, licensure / certifications, training, skills, and market data.
