Collision Center Parts Associate

We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Associate to join our Collision Center team. Parts Associates are responsible for working with our vendors to order necessary replacement parts, ensure timely delivery and distribution of parts, and maintain accurate accounting records for the Collision Center Parts Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts
• Receive parts and inspect for quality and accuracy
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
• Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and/or returned parts
• Follow guidelines for insurance companies (Geico, Progressive, Allstate, etc.)
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings

Requirements:

• Collision Center Parts Experience a plus
• Shipping & receiving experience preferred
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Excellent computer proficiency and organizational skills
• Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment
• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic are required
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

• collision Parts Department: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Easton, PA 18045: Relocate before starting work (Required)
