What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Customer Service Associate position at Sands Ford of Red Hill?
Duties of the Position
- Greet every customer in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule appointments.
- Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle.
- Collect payment from customers.
- Update daily log.
- Follow up on payment from insurance companies.
- File repair orders and other customer information and assist with the repair order process (opening, reconciling parts and labor, adding sublets, closing)
- Follow up with customers after delivery of repaired vehicle to ensure they were satisfied with their experience.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

A valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening are required for employment.
