Phillips Medisize is seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing production of injection molded parts and assembly at our Little Rock, AR facility.
Shifts Available:
* A Shift: 12-hour days (7am-7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule
* B Shift: 12-hour days (7am-7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule
* E Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm-7am) Sun- Tues & every other Sat 8% shift differential
* F Shift: 12-hour nights (7pm-7am) Wed- Fri & every other Sat 8% shift differential

What You Will Do
* Complete dimensional, visual and functional lot release on incoming and outgoing product in accordance with sampling plans and take action in accordance to documented procedures when potential quality problems are identified
* Coordinate, perform, and maintain calibration procedures
* Provide quality systems training and assistance to employees in quality decisions and measurement techniques
* Complete capability studies and gauge analysis
* Prepare appropriate inspection records and measurement reports
* Perform inventory transactions for acceptable and non-conforming product and properly document
* Operate precision measuring instruments in accordance with approved procedures
* Provide assistance with the MRB process
* Follow and demonstrate our PBM guiding principles
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Prior quality experience
* Experience with GMP in a manufacturing environment
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience using SAP/ERP system
* Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
* Measurement experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM and OGP Vision Systems
* Experience working in an manufacturing environment
