Volume Analyst

Koch Energy Services is seeking a Volume Analyst to join the team! We are looking for entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals with innovative ideas; an intense desire to learn, improve and grow; and a strong sense of community.

Our Team

The Volume Analyst reports to the Volume Analyst Supervisor and is based in Houston, TX.

What You Will Do

• Analyze and verify pipeline invoices prior to settlement. Work with traders and schedulers to resolve discrepancies, as appropriate.
• Analyze and reconcile Storage and Inventory balances.
• Monitor measurement data for asset management agreements and update internal systems accordingly.
• Generate, analyze, and deliver recurring reporting associated with this business activity.
• Complete monthly tie out process for asset management agreements to verify volume usage, pipelines imbalances and associated charges.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to manage tariff rates changes within assigned regions
• Partner with various capabilities to lead the onboarding process for new assets within assigned regions
• Act as liaison between commercial and settlement teams to help resolve invoicing discrepancies prior to end of month.
• Become a subject matter expert of internal systems and processes to drive greater efficiency across the business

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Professional experience partnering with internal teams and external customers
• Experience compiling and analyzing data
• Experience using Microsoft Office Excel (for example: creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in in accounting, scheduling, or volume actualization
• Proficiency in Endur
