We're searching for an Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to make a significant impact. As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of our operations, analyzing procedures and purchasing programs, and driving continuous improvement across our company.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and provide insightful reporting and data analysis to empower our operations, purchasing, sales, and corporate teams.
- Investigate operational and customer service challenges, uncovering solutions that drive efficiency and enhance service.
- Be the lead for our corporate warehouse systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.
- Spearhead inventory control initiatives, including physical inventories and cycle counts, working closely with key departments.
- Develop and implement solutions that align with our quality management system, pushing our operations to new heights.
- Create and maintain performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, from product receipt to shipment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate procedures and training for fundamental tasks, ensuring alignment with our quality management system.
- Assist locations in optimizing warehouse layouts, maximizing team productivity and space utilization.
- Support our internal auditing program to ensure full compliance with company procedures and standards.
