We are seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage the shipping, receiving, and inventory control of large capital equipment, raw materials, and components. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations by standardizing undocumented processes, organizing all material storage areas, and accurately tracking all inventory movements.

Key Responsibilities
- Shipping & Crating: Plan and coordinate the packaging and shipment of large capital equipment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Receiving: Oversee the intake of raw materials and components, verifying accuracy and condition.
- Inventory Control: Perform inventory transactions, including transfers, adjustments, issues, and receiving. Follow the principle: If you touch it, track it.
- Cycle Counting: Plan and conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process Standardization: Develop and implement efficient processes for logistics and inventory management.
- Organization: Maintain structured and accessible storage in the parts crib and project bays.
- Project Planning: Support logistics planning for incoming and outgoing shipments, working cross-functionally with teams to meet project deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting (international experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping.
- Experience planning and executing inventory cycle counts.
- Ability to organize and improve storage and workflow processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
