What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Support/Customer Service Representative position at Koch Foods, Inc.?
- Send histograms on a weekly and monthly basis to customers with regards to their product run data.
- Investigate and answer all customer complaints within 48 hours of notification.
- Keep BRC files up to date, as well as maintain product database.
- Send weekly reports to interoffice personnel regarding customer complaints.
- Maintain company documents on the various customer sites ensuring compliance.
- Backup HACCP coordinator as needed:
- Assist with managing regulatory programs and audits.
- Assist in managing HACCP and SSOP programs.
- Assist in monitoring noncompliance records (NR's).
- Assist in monitoring noncompliance records for proper ISP codes.
- Assist facility with corrective/preventative measures.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
- Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
- College courses preferred or relevant work related experience.
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Good math skills.
- Self starter, with little or no supervision needed.
- Poultry knowledge is a plus.
