This role creates value through excellence in business partnering, financial stewardship, reporting and team leadership. This role will be instrumental in the accuracy and integrity of KCC financial reporting, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Lead accounting and reporting functions for Koch Capabilities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP reporting as well as accurate and timely management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business teams and other capabilities, to support business initiatives and provide financial insights.
- Maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Coach and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience summarizing and explaining complex accounting/finance topics to team members and leadership
- Experience collaborating with others while building and maintaining trusted partnerships
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and application
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience innovating and transforming processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)
- Experience in the monthly close and/or year-end audit processes
- Experience using FSM or other ERP systems
- Experience using OneStream or other consolidation systems
- Commitment to Koch’s values and Principal Based Management philosophy
- Process improvement / process transformation / process implementation experience
