Our Team
Koch Fertilizer, Enid is a leading nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company that focuses on supplying various nitrogen fertilizer products to customers across North America.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate customers picking up various fertilizer products utilizing the plant's loading system
- Coordinate delivery drivers with plant contact information
- Maintain Safety Orientation program with all visitors, contractors, and drivers
- Maintain driver files with current required information
- Coordinate rail billing
- Follow government guidelines for proper shipment of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous product
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word programs
- Experience working in a customer service or a shipping environment
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces at times
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions at times
- 1 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with data collection computer programs
