This is a vital position within our organization that focuses on guest service to ensure complete satisfaction for our guests. This is a process driven work environment. This role is to assist with increasing CSI scores and drive retention in our service departments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The Customer Relations Coordinator will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. The Office Manager will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical non-smoking office environment.

- Ensure and Increase Guest Satisfaction
- Perform “Follow-Up” calls daily to our service guests to ensure their complete satisfaction for all service departments. Gain insight into the guests overall experience and perception of their visit and the dealership. Ask inquisitive questions to increase return visits and favorable surveys.
- Intro to Service calls/Declined service calls and coupons
- Increase Service Revenue
- Schedule and confirm online service appointments for all service departments. (Back up to Retention Coordinator)
- Stop clock on online appointments/schedule online appointments
- Track Coupon Utilization Monthly
- Monitor sold log
- Monitor appointments
- Pull brand reputation
- Other Duties as Assigned
