Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.
- Analyze customer feedback on product features, identifying areas of improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email.
- Cultivate repeat and referral customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills
